So I haven't had much to blog about lately... It seems as though all we do is go to work come home, clean, and give the dogs the attention they need. Mother's Day weekend was such a nice weekend, not only was the weather fantastic, but Gordy took me out to the Milano Inn for dinner. We always like to try something new and it was nice to visit downtown. On Sunday, we were able to visit my parents for some good old Fiddler's Three brunch buffet. Baby Kurtz definitely had enough to eat this weekend!
So you are probably wondering about the title of this blog. It turns out Brownsburg has a few interesting characters. On Saturday, Gordy was mowing the grass and came across a wallet outside our window. The wallet belonged to a 20 yr old kid who lives about 3-4 miles away. Gordy went to visit the parents of the young gentleman (if you can call him that) to find out why his wallet was in our yard. His mother was very thankful that we found his wallet which still poses the question...what was it doing in our yard? Apparently this kid walked home drunk from a party close by. I guess we should be thankful that he wasn't driving since their have been two drunk driving accidents in front of our house in the last year. However, it still concerns me that someone was walking in our yard and how unsafe it is to walk around at that time of night (apparently that is the Mom inside me kicking in). Either way, the situation could have been much worse.
Sorry this is all the blog material I have for now. :)
